Designed by a well known leading architect and built by the owners on a small development of luxury homes. It is situated just 2 minutes walk  from the nearest beach and 10 minute walk to the nearest bar and restaurants.

Bella Villa has it own private heated pool with sun terrace. Sun Loungers and parasol's are provided for your comfort, whilst lounging in the beautiful Lanzarote all year sunshine, the villa is ideal for children with safety gates fitted preventing access to pool area and stairs and offers the perfect holiday destination

Modern fully equipped kitchen with patio doors leading onto the upper terrace and breakfast/alfresco dining area. Two spacious living areas with leather sofas, 40"LCD TV, DVD, Sky box with full Sky package.

Bedroom 1 has double bed with patio doors leading onto the upper balcony, Bedroom 2 & 3 with twin beds leading onto lower sun terrace.(beds 1 & 2 have fitted wardrobes). Bathrooms are located on each floor with bath, shower basin and WC.

A large sun terrace runs along the upper floor of the villa where you can enjoy its spectacular views plus a more private sun terrace on the lower floor with dining area, outside rattan sofa and chairs, large parasol with steps leading to the pool.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is situated just 79 miles off the coast of Africa and is the most easterly of the Canary Islands. The island is 37 miles (60km) long and 12 miles (20 km) wide, making it the fourth largest island in the Canaries.
Lanzarote enjoys a mild dry climate with average daytime temperatures ranging from about 21°C in January to 29°C in August. This makes Lanzarote the perfect year-round destination.

Whilst there is lots to do in Playa Blanca, sightseers and shoppers should get out of the resort to discover what delights Lanzarote has to offer. There is a regular bus service that travels between Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote that has lots of shops. If you have a hire car then allow 25 mins to Puerto del Carmen and a further 10 minutes to get to Arrecife.

There really are the most amazing places to see here, from the green lagoons of El Golfo and its wonderful fish restaurants to the Martian landscapes of the Timanfaya National Park. The countryside still bears the scars of the volcanic eruptions that started in 1730 and lasted for more than 2000 days!

The Playa Blanca area

Upmarket Playa Blanca, the sunniest and most southerly resort, boasts many fine golden sandy beaches with placid waters, a beautiful promenade that stretches the length of Playa Blanca and is lined with a range of cafes and wonderful restaurants.

The nearest beach to Villa Bella Vista is just a 2 minutes walk away Playa Flamingo a 20 min walk away and ideal for families or there is the Playa Dorada beach for the more adventurous with its water sports and only a 10 min drive away all offering the hire of sun beds and parasols for your complete comfort.
The beachfront hosts a range of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

The stunning new Rubicon Marina, just 10 minutes drive from the villa, has more waterfront cafes and restaurants a market held every Saturday morning and is well worth a visit!.
The pedestrianised village has supermarkets and many excellent shops, and there are.regular boat trips run from the harbour, just a short walk from the villa, where ferries make the short 20 minute trip to Fuerteventura.

Prices range from £625 to £1100 per week ,  please email for a booking form. 50% deposit required to secure your booking. Remainder due 10 weeks prior to departure

Please note you will not be able to access the Villa before 2.30pm on the day of arrival and will be expected to leave by 10.30am on the day of departure..
