No single sex parties without prior consent, with the exception of parents and
children or one person booking |

The party leader is responsible for the behaviour of all
members of their group and shall ensure that no damage is caused to the
bungalow or fixtures and fittings. . Any damages to be notified immediately
to the owner. The hirer agrees to pay costs of any damage before leaving or
the charge being made to their debit/credit card |

The proprietors reserve the right to, at their absolute
discretion, to refuse or terminate the stay in the cottage of any persons
causing a nuisance of ant sort or failing to comply with any of the rules or
conditions of the booking |

Strictly No Smoking indoors |

additional overnight guests without agreement |

Parking for one car only, no
commercial vehicles |

No pets allowed in the accommodation. |

In the event of a booking being cancelled by the hirer
within 14 days of the date booked the hirer will be liable for a proportion
of the cost minus the deposit which is forfeited in accordance with the
following scale unless the accommodation can be re-let:, optional
cancellation insurance is available
- 28 - 14 days 50%
- 21-7 days 75%
- 14- 7 days 90%
- 7 - 1 day 100%

The hirer is to pay the balance in full at least 6 weeks
prior to the date booked. |

We reserve the right to re-let without notice if the balance
is not received on time. A 2% handling charge is applied to all payments
made by credit card |

Force Majeure - The owners or agents shall not be liable for
non - performance of any of its obligations under this agreement if such non
- performance shall occur as a result of circumstances beyond their control
which shall include ( but not be limited to ) industrial disputes, fire,
flood, loss of or poor television signal reception, loss of power gas or
water supply not under their direct control, riots, adverse weather
conditions, civil disturbances, epidemics or health risks or such similar
events |
